5. Indemnity (Protecting Us from Your Actions)

You agree to protect and hold NightP (and our team) harmless from any claims, losses, or legal issues that arise because of:

• How you use our platform,
• Breaking these Terms, or
• Violating someone else’s rights.

6. Intellectual Property

• Advertisers own the content they upload.
• By posting, you give NightP the right to use, display, and share your content worldwide on our platform for promotion and operation.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

• If you misuse the platform, break the Terms, or commit fraud, we can suspend or terminate your account without notice.
• If this happens, you may lose your listings or account access, and NightP won’t be responsible for any losses.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of the respective cities in India.
